  Dealing with this particular Home Depot has been a nightmare. I ordered a refrigerator and did not get it after waiting all day on Saturday past. I received no phone calls or anything. When placing my order for this appliance I was not able to get it labour day weekend in Sept because they were to busy so I had to wait the additional week. I agreed to the Sept 9th delivery and ended up still not getting my refrigerator. I spoke with the Home Depot support team which ended up furthering my annoyance as they had no idea who I was. What??? When speaking with the manager Dave Craig of the Home depot store Midland on Hwy 12 where I had placed my appliance order, he was rude and disrespectful. He obviously does not care to give customer satisfaction. In fact, his staff could teach "him" on how to give customer satisfaction in particular his manager John for appliances. John was super with me. I will shop at ANY other Home Depot in the future or go to Rona or Lowes. Dave Craig will not see money from us in the future and I will be sure to let anyone who cares for good service not to go there as well. His lack of respect for the customer has left a very bad taste in a new comer to the Midland area. Way to go Dave Craig!

  Just another home depot. A little smaller then most of the newer ones, but still a reasonable selection. Staff are generally more helpful then the ones in Toronto.

  These people are pretty amazing. Designing/laying out your deck and then beating by 10% if you wanted to check and it so happened they weren't most affordable.

  The Garden Centre ladies are great. They might not have Nursery comparable selection but they have lots and make you laugh and super comfortable when you shop.

  I look forward most to the garden ladies. Hubby and friends can walk around for hours looking at BBQs and toilets that we don't even need.

  Typical Home Depot - as in many of the large box stores the employees do their best and they do have a great staff. Some products are decent others okay.. but generally good value for what you pay.

  Staff is very helpful. Fred in tool rentals goes over and above to ensure his customers are taken care of!
