  The most ridiculous customer service I ever had to deal with. Guys I would never recommend this place if you have to pay $10 more 20 or 30 somewhere else do it. it's not worth dealing with them. False advertisement and they will tell you whatever you want to hear without acknowledging their mistake or rectifying the matter. They will reimburse you but not the shipping back expense

  Only down fall in my opinion, the 24 hr water vending machine. Instead of having to use cash, if you've pre paid it would be great that it goes against your account.

  Gary has provided us with excellent services in the past and he is by far the one I know who is best educated in water science. I often refer clients to Gary for their water needs.
