  I got to see the arrangements on line. Loved them. Booked for delivery for the same day. Within hours they arrived at my friends house. She was so excited. It was her birthday so it was essential same day delivery. My friend sent me pictures....and they were exactly what I saw online. Thank you for the quality and expedience.

  Pretty disappointed. I ordered flowers from their website. They called the next day looking for more money for a delivery charge. This should have been built into their billing system when I ordered and already paid for them. Then the flowers weren't even delivered to the person I bought them for. Rather than commit to a delivery time with the party, they were left at some random neighbours house that they don't know. The flowers were finally tracked down and the neighbor did drop them off.
