  I love this store! The stylists (staff) are very well educated on their product. Also how they make you feel welcome and comfortable regardless if you are size 2 or a 22. Im not a smaller women, more toward a plus size and its nice to feel like that they have everything fashionable for you even if your not tiny. It is a store that we have been in desperate need of.

  Can't believe I have to give them 1 star. Was looking to buy boots with their bogo 60% off sale was very excited as I was online before picking out the boots I like. When I got to the store there was no welcome or acknowledgement, when I went to the boots there was very limited stock. When I finally got sales staff to help me with the boots she said what they have is everything - nothing in the back stock. When I asked if they can get stock from another store they told me it would cost me $7.00 in shipping on top of my total for the boots. When I asked if this could be waved as their are making a sale off of me I was very rudely insulted that I could not afford their $7.00 shipping and this would never be waived. I calmly explained to the sales woman that my last boots I got were ordered for the Orillia store and I did not pay any shipping ontop of my bill. She then proceed to argue with me over this. I asked once more if they would wave $7.00 to make a $100+ sale needless to say the sales woman didn't do anything to help and ignored my request to talk to the manager on duty. I left in disbelief that I was treated this way. Needless to say I will not be going back and will advised friends and family of this disgusting experience.

  I look forward to going in and seeing whats new and did I mention the pricing is affordable. They have casual to dressy. Get out and support them ladies. It sure is nice not to have to drive an hour to get an outfit you feel great in for a fair price.I wish my schedule had more time to get there.
