  Booked E-test with hopes for even getting a spot the same week. Got in the next day, 15 minutes of waiting in the waiting area I got my keys back and drove away. Quick and honest service. Highly recommend.

  I took the suv in because it was leaking fluid .They phoned said 469 (99 an hr labour x2 hrs) was transmission lines only (as they checked the rest and assured me the rest was fine as i asked point blank while paying for the lines to be fixed )I paid them cash. I got it back to my parking spot then a knock on the door the manager said the suv is leaking on the parking lot again (we just cleaned it) I took it back they said radiator hose they didnt have one and was almost closing time .They were nice enough to give a ride home and said they would call in the morning . I get a call at 1/4 to 3 pm saying i owe them 160 more for the repair helllooo . I said i will leave it that till months end when i get my OAP cheque and why the repair now when you said it was alright just transmission he said things fall apart i said oh when your fixing them . I called my son in Toronto about it the night before he said to check the bill i did i had left the transmission fluid they told me to buy with them to use and it was on the bill as well he said let him know when they phone in the morning as they are to let you know how much before repairing . So now i have to leave my suv there till i get my OAP to pay them for an amount i didn t clear . The 469 cleaned me out as i put some gas in on the way home got a couple of groceries and cat litter to clean the parking spot with again. Plus a man in the building a retired lawyer said they were to tell me up front how much not go into my pocket for another payment.Plus if it happened right after them fixing something if in fact that is what the transmission needed he said they may have well accidentally done it as he had many cases on that very thing. He said never a woman should go to a mechanic without a man ..nice in this day and age..Unreal and now no suv and have to go to the doctors for cortisone shots for spinal stenosis in Barrie ...lovely NEVER AGAIN plus telling everyone they said never to go there and heard all the complaints plus overpriced for labour .Plus after wards i left the suv unlocked while getting the food litter and opened the door the alarm went off it did it when home again i mentioned that to them as well as it didnt do that before...unreal.Bet tht is another repair bill they fixed up.Plus everyone in the building hearing about it now telling me the two good garages to go to that will do payments as well as we are a small town not Toronto.
