    First experience- I was left waiting at the service desk for about half an hour for the service manager who knew I was coming to meet with him (as I had just called ahead of time). I was made to wait while listening to him screaming and swearing on the phone over multiple phone calls while he stared over at me knowing I was waiting for him to realize the customer is probably more important than his issues outside of work. Once he finally came to deal with my concerns, he was pissy from who he was dealing with on the phone and instead of helping me further he says “take it back to where you bought it and tell them they sold you a lemon” (place I bought it was an out of town Toyota- truck is brand new). So the issue was not dealt with.

    I can say with utmost confidence that I will never be taking my truck back to midland Toyota, even though I live around the corner. Bought the truck in Collingwood and have never been treated better at a dealership before. Well worth the hour long drive to be treated with respect and to feel like my vehicle and myself are cared about.

    I purchased my first truck at Midland Toyota. However, the sales experience I had was quite poor. The salesmen was very rude and even laughed at me when attempting to negotiate. At the time that sales manager was not there so I had asked him to go see the owner about the price. The owner didn't even have the curtesy to come and see me.

    Bought a used Tacoma, had an issue with the Bluetooth hands-free microphone not working. The GM reached out to me and got me to bring my truck in. They had to order the part and I had to return to get it installed. Both times my truck was in there getting serviced I was provided with a car to use for the day. Once the new part was installed, my microphone worked and I love my truck!

    I have worked in a car dealership before and know and understand the customer service meant to be given to everyone equally, and this place is by far the worst.

    I have recently been to Midland Toyota several times over the past couple of weeks for service on all 3 of our vehicles (2 Toyota’s & 1 Honda) and we continue to get “exceptional” service. Mark Laroque (service manager) has always taken extra time to explain repairs and issues with all our vehicles and I find him very helpful and professional to deal with. I’ve purchased several vehicles from Midland Toyota over many years and have found that they are a great local dealership to deal with in both sales & service! Highly recommend!

    Recently bought a used truck from Midland Toyota. First problem was the staff had no idea how to sell a vehicle as is. Since I'm a mechanic in town I figured I could save a few bucks safety it myself however that was a big hassle so I paid more for the truck so I could just show up and drive it away when it was ready. Day comes to pick up my truck and I start it the belt is squealing away. I walked back into the dealership to say there was a problem and another salesman told me it was because it was cold the belt was making noise drive it for the weekend and call monday it was around +2 at the time. I went back the next day to see if they could look at it. Sure i can fix it easy enough but shouldnt have to i just gave you alot of my hard earned money. My salesman didn't even take time to really talk to me about my concerns just brushed me aside... my biggest complaint is as a mechanic myself how does a vehicle that's being delivered to a customer leave the shop with a belt squeak so bad you could here it inside your show room. Also the interior looks like it was just wiped down with a dirty old sock.. the truck goes back in on Monday to be looked at but so far the service has been so garbage I will be sure to tell my customers to look elsewhere for a vehicle and service.     Second experience- called ahead to make an appointment while being rudely interrupted in the middle of my sentence by whomever was on the phone. Ended up booking in to bring the truck back (for the same issue as before that wasn’t dealt with or looked at- of course) and also asked if they could just take a look at everything else to see if it may be something other than what I was thinking. To which I was told no because the scheduled maintenance still wasn’t for a while.. so I guess not worth it to even take a look to put me at ease or do a better job helping customers.

    So I Get the call to pick the truck up and I’m told there’s nothing wrong again, and it’s most likely my fault for why there’s issues.

    have staff that care or a vehicle would never be delivered in the condition I got mine what a joke. Ill be making sure to bring it in my shop when I get it back and go over it with a fine tooth comb who knows what other kind of tricks that place is trying to pull. You will have to change your slogan to Midland Toyota we really don't care!!
